This metallic silver printed scarf is made from hand printed lightweight organic cotton. The scarf has been hand block printed by our artisans, and sewn in our Fair Trade factory in Bangalore, India. The modern silver geo print stands out against the deep indigo base.
During the Covid-19 Pandemic we are supporting our Fair Trade factory in India and all profits from the purchase of this scarf will go directly to support the employees at our factory in Bangalore. Each scarf purchased provides an employee with 2 days worth of salary, enabling them to pay their rent and buy food sufficient for themselves and their extended family.
One of the workers, Ammu, recently said that the money she has received so far has been the only lifeline for all of her extended family. Her husband, sister’s family of four and her brother are all out of work, and they also support their ailing grandparents.
