Delivery and Returns Policy

Standard delivery

We offer standard UK delivery for £3.95. Your order will arrive at your delivery address within 5 working days of placing your order. You’ll receive a dispatch email to confirm your parcel is on its way. Please note we only send goods out Monday to Friday, so orders placed on Friday afternoon or at the weekend will be sent on Monday.

During sale and promotional periods standard delivery orders may take up to 7 working days to reach you. For clothing orders you’ll receive an order tracking number when your order has left us, so you can keep an eye on your parcel’s journey. Smaller items may be posted using standard Royal Mail postage.

Local Collection

If you live in our home town of Romford please select the free collection option and we will contact you to arrange collection at a time that suits you. We love to meet our local customers.

Carbon Neutral Delivery

We also offer carbon neutral delivery with DPD for £7.95. Please select this option at checkout.

Delivery outside of the UK

We are unable to offer delivery outside the UK. Due to the recent changes caused by Brexit, which are affecting import duties and taxes, we have decided not to deliver to countries in the European Union at this time. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Returns

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, however if you need to return or exchange an item please follow these instructions. In the event of you returning an item, please be aware that we will not refund the original postage.

For UK returns please keep your proof of posting receipt until we have acknowledged receipt of your items. We cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit. 

When we deliver your goods to you we will include a returns slip, and information on how to return item(s) to us. Please complete the returns slip and enclose this with the item(s) you are returning.

You can return the item(s) any time within fourteen (14) days of receiving the item(s) as long as the original labels and tags are still on the garments. This excludes face masks that are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

Please note that any returned items must be returned unused and in a re-saleable condition. Refunds will not be accepted unless the garment is unworn and in the same condition as when it was dispatched. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted.

Christmas Returns

We have extended our returns for Christmas purchases until 14th January.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item, for another size or item, you may do so subject to availability. Please return the item and re-order the new item separately.
