This ethical aqua dot hand printed scarf is made from light weight organic cotton. It has been hand block printed by our artisans, and sewn in our Fair Trade factory in Bangalore, India. Printed with pale aqua and teal dots onto a white base, the print is fresh and bright.
During the Covid-19 Pandemic we are supporting our Fair Trade factory in India and all profits from the purchase of this scarf will go directly to support the employees at our factory in Bangalore. Each scarf purchased provides an employee with 2 days worth of salary, enabling them to pay their rent and buy food sufficient for themselves and their extended family.
One of the workers, Ammu, recently said that the money she has received so far has been the only lifeline for all of her extended family. Her husband, sister’s family of four and her brother are all out of work, and they also support their ailing grandparents.
